Whether you need a fire risk assessment, a health and safety risk assessment, or a Legionella risk assessment, our qualified assessors deliver clear, actionable reports that keep you compliant and your people safe.

As part of your duty of care, it is essential to conduct these assessments regularly to protect those within your premises and avoid enforcement action.

fire risk assessment

Our Services

Fire Risk Assessment

A fire risk assessment is a legal requirement for businesses and property owners. Our assessors will:

  • Identify potential fire hazards in your premises.
  • Assess the risks posed to people and property.
  • Recommend measures to eliminate or minimise these risks.
  • Ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Our assessments include a detailed report with step-by-step guidance on improving fire safety and reducing liability. We also provide assistance with implementing the recommended safety measures, such as fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency evacuation procedures. We ensure that all escape routes are clearly identified and free from obstructions, allowing for a swift and safe exit in an emergency.

legionella risk assessment

Our Services

Legionella Risk Assessment

Legionella bacteria can pose serious health risks if not properly managed. Our assessment includes:

  • A full evaluation of your water system for potential Legionella sources.
  • Risk analysis to determine likelihood and severity.
  • Preventative measures to reduce contamination risks.
  • Compliance with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) L8 guidelines.

We offer targeted water sampling and testing to ensure your system is safe and meets UK health standards. Our Legionella control services include regular monitoring, temperature checks, and expert advice on maintaining a safe water system to prevent outbreaks.

health and safety risk assessment

Our Services

Health & Safety Risk Assessment

Every business must carry out a health and safety risk assessment to protect employees, visitors, and customers. Our assessment will:

  • Identify workplace hazards, from equipment to environmental risks.
  • Evaluate the probability and impact of these risks.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

We support businesses in all industries, from offices and warehouses to retail and construction sites. Our health and safety experts help you implement best practices, conduct regular inspections, and provide ongoing training to ensure compliance. Each assessment is conducted in a suitable and sufficiently detailed manner to identify all potential risks.

disabled access

Our Services

Disability Risk Assessment

Creating an accessible and inclusive environment is crucial for compliance with the Equality Act 2010. Our experts will:

  • Identify physical barriers in your premises that may affect accessibility.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in entrances, facilities, and layouts.
  • Help your business meet legal requirements and improve inclusivity.

We provide practical solutions for accessibility, including ramp installations, door widening, accessible signage, and staff training on disability awareness.
