Become An Assessor
If you're a qualified risk assessor looking for flexible work with a professional, reputable organisation, we'd like to hear from you.
At HSRA, we deliver clear, compliant risk assessments to clients across the UK. From dental surgeries and GP practices to landlords, care homes, and commercial premises. To meet growing demand, we're building a national network of assessors who share our standards and values.
This is an opportunity to work regionally, represent a trusted name, and focus on what you do best: providing straightforward, no-nonsense safety assessments that help clients stay compliant and protected.
What We Expect from You
When you work with HSRA, you’re representing our name as well as your own. We’re trusted for a reason. We expect high standards from everyone who works under our banner.
You’ll be expected to:
- Carry out assessments professionally and thoroughly, using our templates and reporting tools.
- Submit reports on time, with clear recommendations and legally sound findings.
- Conduct yourself professionally on-site, with courtesy, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Uphold client confidentiality at all times, and follow current UK safety legislation.
This isn’t a tick-box job. Our clients rely on our advice and we rely on you to get it right.
What You Can Expect from Us
We work with assessors, not over them.
When you join HSRA’s national team, you’ll benefit from:
- Steady, region-specific work based on your location and qualifications
- Admin and reporting systems that are simple to use and fully supported
- Prompt, fair payments we don’t leave you chasing
- A professional, no-fuss working relationship with people who know the industry
- Ongoing opportunities as we grow our assessor network across the country
You’ll be working with a company that values clarity, compliance, and professionalism. Not box-ticking or salesy fluff.
Who We're Looking For
We’re interested in hearing from assessors with experience in:
- Fire Risk Assessments
- Legionella Risk Assessments
- Health & Safety Assessments
- Disability Access & Equality Act Compliance
You’ll need relevant qualifications and up-to-date knowledge of UK safety legislation. We’re looking for assessors who can work independently, keep to deadlines, and represent HSRA with confidence and professionalism.
